Background: It has been reported that for at least the past 4 years the City of Tybee Island
has committed funds in support of a skate park. The 2007 City Council approved $60,000
toward a Skate Park to be built in Memorial Park. The new City Council is expected to remove
the $60,000 from the budget. Independently supporters of the skate park have raised almost
$20,000 for the building of a skate park.
Check the response below that most closely reflects your opinion on this issue.
The City of Tybee Island should:
    a. Provide the $60,000 and allow the skate park to be built in Memorial park
    b. Not provide financial support but allow the skate park to be built in Memorial Park
    c. Provide the $60,000 but allow the skate park to be built in another location on Tybee
    Island(not Memorial Park)
    d. Not provide  financial support but allow the skate park to be built in another location

Question 2:
Background: In 2007 the City implemented a comprehensive ethics ordinance. This ordinance requires
that Council persons recuse themselves  (not vote) on issues brought before Council by persons who
have made significant financial contributions to their political campaigns.
    In my opinion Council persons should be required to recuse themselves on issues
    brought before Council by persons who have contributed the following amount to their
    individual political campaigns:
    a. Over 250
    b. Over 500
    c. Over $750
    d. Over 1000
    e. Council persons should never have to recuse themselves because of financial   
    contributions to their individual campaigns.
