    Background: The carrying capacity is the number of individuals an environment can support without significant
    negative impacts to the individuals and to that environment. A study of Tybee Island’s carrying capacity would
    examine the sufficiency of services and facilities including water supply, housing and sanitation to support our
    current year-round and seasonal population, and the extent to which those populations can reasonably be
    expected to expand.

         PLEASE INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT OR DISAGREEMENT  WITH THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT.

    I believe that Tybee Island needs to conduct a carrying capacity study.

    Background: Some believe that the City of Tybee can benefit financially by assuming the management of the
    Pier. It is currently managed by Chatham County.
